GLENN J. MULLAN | PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Mullan holds a B.Sc. (Geology) from Concordia University and has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. Glenn is the CEO of Cleghorn Minerals and the former President, CEO, and Chairman of Golden Valley Mines, a company that was acquired by Gold Royalty. As an independent prospector, Glenn assembled and acquired many mining prospects ranging from grass-roots ventures through advanced-stage projects. He was instrumental in assembling most of the properties comprising the exploration portfolio explored by Golden Valley Mines and related companies in the Zed Zed Group. Glenn is the former President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
DR. JENS ZINKE | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dr. Zinke, a director of the Company since its inception in February 2010, graduated as a Mining Engineer specializing in Geophysics. He obtained a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University in Frankfurt, Germany, and completed post doctorate work with Stanford University in California, USA. He held senior executive positions at Canadian Royalties
RICO DE VEGA | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. De Vega is a CPA, CA (Ontario), CPA (Illinois) with over 20 years of financial management and reporting experience. Mr. De Vega was previously Senior Manager, Finance and Investor Relations with First Quantum Minerals Limited and previously held Controller roles at various gold mining companies listed on the TSX with producing mines, exploration and development projects in Central and South America. Mr. De Vega is also Chief Financial Officer at Abitibi Royalties, Golden Valley Mines and International Prospect Ventures.
MICHAEL P. ROSATELLI, M.Sc., P.Geo. | VP EXPLORATION
Mr. Michael P. Rosatelli, M.Sc., P.Geo. is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years of experience in the discovery and exploration of economic mineral deposits. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario) and has held senior exploration roles with both major and junior mining companies.
Most recently, Mr. Rosatelli served as Vice President, Exploration for Golden Valley Mines Ltd. (acquired by Gold Royalty Corp. in 2021) and its subsidiary, Val-d'Or Mining Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked with companies such as BHP Billiton (McVicar Minerals JV), AngloGold, MPH Consulting, Band-Ore, Kennecott (Rio Tinto), Lac-Bond Gold, Muscocho, and BHP-Utah Mines.
His extensive background spans all stages of exploration—from project generation through to advanced programs—covering a wide range of commodities, including precious and base metals as well as uranium, with projects across Canada, Africa, and South America.
