Val-d'Or Mining Corporation Grants Incentive Stock Options

Val-d’Or, Québec, February 8, 2018 — Val-d’Or Mining Corporation (TSX-V:MZZ) (the “Company”) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to the Company’s directors, officers, employees and consultants, which entitle the purchase of an aggregate 2,600,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a per share exercise price of $0.105 until February 5, 2023. Any common shares issued on exercise of these options will be subject to a hold period until June 6, 2018, pursuant to applicable legislation and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
